400 ml (13.5 fl. oz.)


  1. Remove tendons from the chicken tenders, cut up diagonally into bite-size pieces and slice a shallow grid-style pattern into each surface. Trim-off the stems and de-string the snow peas, quickly boil with salt (extra) and julienne into fine strips.
  2. Place (A) in a pot, pat the potato starch onto the chicken pieces then add these in. Once the chicken is cooked through (about 2 minutes) add in the soy sauce and salt, then the snow peas and turn of the heat. Serve into bowls and garnish with yuzu peel if available.
