200 g (7.1 oz.)

1 scant Tbsp

(A)

10 g (0.4 oz.)

150 ml (5.1 fl. oz.)

(B)

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Place the kombu (A) into the 150 ml (5.1 fl. oz.) of water (A). Once soft, cut into 5 mm (0.2 in.) square. Keep the rehydrating water for step 2.
  2. Pour (1) and (B) into a pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Add in the soybeans and soy sauce and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
