100 g (3.5 oz.)

50 g (1.8 oz.)

Directions

  1. Bend the wings at the joints to separate, then place slits into the space between the bones to remove.
  2. Place (1) into a sealable container, then add (A) and massage into the meat.
  3. Combine (B) ingredients in a bowl, then use a spoon to stuff evenly into the chicken wings (2), while peeling back the skin.
  4. Bake in an oven for 25 minutes at 170 C (340 F). Serve garnished with lettuce and lemon slices.
