Preheat the oven to 170C (338F), crush the chocolate into small pieces. Return the butter to room temperature.

Sift together the light flour, cocoa and baking powder. Also sift the sugar.

Place the butter (1) into a bowl, use a whisk to stir until creamy, then add in the sugar 1/2 at a time, and mix thoroughly.

Beat the eggs, add and mix into (3) a little at a time, add in the milk and soy sauce, add in (2) and quickly mix, then add in 1/2 of the chocolate (1) and combine together all ingredients.

Place (4) into a pastry bag, cut the opening wide and squeeze the mixture out into the cupcake molds. Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until no mixture sticks to a toothpick when poked, remove and allow to cool before serving.
