Directions
- Slice the ham into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) squares. Mince the Italian parsley.
- Grate the yamatoimo, add in (A) and (1) then mix.
- Heat the deep-frying oil to 180 C (356 F).
- Cut the nori seaweed sheets into 16 equal-sized strips, place 1 Tbsp of (2) onto each strip and wrap.
- Gently place each portion into the deep-frying oil, deep-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until puffed up and golden, then serve onto plates garnished with a lemon wedge.
