400 g (14.1 oz.)
sushi vinegar (store-bought)

2 & 1/2 Tbsp

carrot-based vegetable food wrap

4 to 6 sheets

cucumber

180 g (6.3 oz.)

curly lettuce

3 to 4 leaves

kanikama / imitation crab stick

16 sticks

wasabi

as desired

Directions

    Prepare the vinegared rice. Use a cutting motion to mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice evenly, and fan the rice to cool.

    Slice the carrot-flavored vegetable sheets in half. Use a spray bottle to lightly mist with water.

    Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Tear the curly lettuce into portions that can easily be wrapped.

    Spread (1) onto half of each sheet (2), then top with desired amounts of curly lettuce, kanikama and cucumber and roll into a cone. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
