(A) Tzatziki Sauce

cucumber

50g (1.76 oz.)

Greek yogurt

100g (3.53 oz.)

Directions

    Make the tzatziki sauce. Finely chop the dill. Dice the cucumbers into 5-mm (0.2 inch.) cubes, and place in a bowl together with the dill. Add the remaining ingredients from (A) and mix together.

    Serve the chicken Karaage on a plate, garnished with lettuce and the tzatziki sauce.
