- Make the onion miso sauce with (A). First fry the green onions until soft, then remove and mix with remaining ingredients. Once again heat over medium heat, mixing from the bottom upwards. Continue to knead until sauce thickens.
- Wipe yellowtail dry, cook both sides in a fry pan in oil. Wipe some of the oil from the fish with a paper towel, arrange on a plate, garnish with onion miso sauce.
