Simply boil and dress with ponzu sauce and sesame oil.

- Cut the mizuna into 5-6 cm (2 in.) lengths.
- Add water and the sake to a bowl and boil. Add in (1), slightly boil, remove and strain. Next, boil the pork and add to a strainer.
- If the pork pieces are too large, cut them down to edible size and add along with mizuna to a bowl. Dress with (A), and sprinkle on the grated sesame seeds.
