Directions
- Cut pork into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Chop the onion into 2 cm (0.8 in.) cubes and the carrot into 5 mm (0.2 in.) cubes. Trims stems and dethread the green beans, parboil and then cut into 2 cm (0.8 in.) lengths.
- Heat the olive oil in a pot, cook the pork. Add in order the onions, then carrots, and saute further.
- Add in (A) and the beans, simmer for about 15 minutes. To finish, add in the green beans and quickly simmer all ingredients together.
