Photo: Simmered Yam Noodles and Green Beans

Ingredients(Servings: 2)

60 g (about 2-1/4 oz.)

80 g (about 2-3/4 oz.)

(A)simmering liquid

100 ml (about 1/2 US cup)

1 tsp

1/2 clove


  1. Quickly boil the yam noodles in boiling water, and cut into easy-to-eat lengths.
  2. Thinly slice the carrot, then boil and thinly slice the green beans.
  3. Place (A), (1) and the carrots into a pot, and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. To finish, add in the green beans, allow to come to a simmer and then turn off the heat.
