1 block (400 g or 14.1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Wrap the tofu in paper towel and place on a tray or other suitable surface. Place a weight of 500~1000 g (17.7~35.3 oz.) on top and set aside for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  2. Cut the tofu up into easy-to-eat pieces and lightly coat both surfaces with the flour.
  3. Place the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat and arrange the tofu inside. Once pan-fried to golden brown, turn over and cook the other side in the same manner.
  4. Serve on a dish with a splash of soy sauce.
