Ingredients(Servings: forone5cmx10cmor2in.x4in.diameterbar)

100 g (3.5 oz.)

(A)

60 g (2.1 oz.)

20 g (0.7 oz.)

  • Baking chocolate is recommended for use in this recipe.

Directions

  1. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place these into a heat-resistant bowl. Place about 3 to 4 cm (1.2 to 1.6 in.) depth of water, just enough to set the bowl in, into a pot or fry pan and boil the water then turn off the heat. Leave the bowl in the water for some time. Once the chocolate has melted remove the bowl from the water.
  2. If the dried fruits and marshmallows from (A) are large, roughly chop these up into small pieces.
  3. Once (1) has cooled down add in the soy sauce and mix, then add in (A) and combine further.
  4. Once (3) begins to harden, place this onto spread out plastic wrap or wax paper, roll into a cylinder with diameter of about 5 cm x 10 cm (2 in. x 4 in.) and wrap. Place into a refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to harden, then cut into easy-to-eat pieces.
