Directions

Cut onions into thin spears and finely chop bell peppers and shiitake mushrooms.

Soak noodles in hot water to soften. Drain, then coarsely cut.

Heat sesame oil in a pot then fry meat and vegetables. Add the seasoning, then the noodles and serve hot.

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in two. Then insert the knife in a V-shape to remove the stems, and thinly slice cut-side down vertically along the grain from end to end. This cutting method is often used for sautéing or boiling.
