Directions

  1. Thinly slice the onion and cut the green pepper into thin strips.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat, then add the onions and cook until tender.
  3. Add the pork and then pepper. Next, add the ketchup sauce (A) and mix well.
  4. Add the rice and stir-fry, then serve.
