Directions

  1. Cut Japanese long onion into diagonal strips.
  2. Place tofu in a colander and allow liquid to drain.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and add Japanese long onion. Fry until lightly scorched.
  4. Tear tofu into pieces by hand then add to frying pan and stir-fry at high heat for about 2 min.
  5. Mix together (A) and add along with sesame oil. Turn off heat and serve on plates garnished with nori flakes.
