Cut Japanese long onion into diagonal strips.

Place tofu in a colander and allow liquid to drain.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over low heat and add Japanese long onion. Fry until lightly scorched.

Tear tofu into pieces by hand then add to frying pan and stir-fry at high heat for about 2 min.

Mix together (A) and add along with sesame oil. Turn off heat and serve on plates garnished with nori flakes.

Remove the roots of the Japanese long onion. Then thinly slice up diagonally from end to end.
