Delicious fried rice and shrimp seasoned with chrysantheum.

  1. Finely chop the chrysanthemum, wrap in cooking paper and wring dry.
  2. Beat the egg well, add pepper and salt and mix with the rice.
  3. Heat up the salad oil in a frying pan, stir-fry (2) until it breaks into little pieces, then sprinkle in chicken stock and pepper.
    Add (1), onion and shrimp and fry.
    Pour the soy sauce down the edge of the pot to give it a good aroma.
