Directions

  1. In a small fry pan, heat up a samll amount of vegetable oil (extra) and saute the onions and ground pork. Season with soy sauce, then remove and let cool.
  2. Beat the eggs, add and mix into (1), then adjust the flavor with (A).
  3. Clean the fry pan and heat up 1 tsp each of the vegetable oil and the butter. Pour in half of (2), and cook over high heat while scrambling. Once the mixture is half cooked, quickly fold into an omelet shape. Repeat these steps with the remaining mixture.
  4. Arrange on a plate, squeeze on some tomato ketchup and garnish with parsley if on hand.

Cooking Basics

Onions - finely chopped

Cut the onion with its outer skin removed vertically in half, and thinly slice cut-side down without cutting as far as the base. Then lay the knife flat and insert horizontal cuts, finely chopping from end to end.
