Cut the beef into bite-size pieces, season with (A).

Rinse the komatsuna well and cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.

Heat the vegetable oil, quickly stir-fry the beef, remove from the fry pan, and set aside on a plate.

Add the sesame oil to the fry pan, stir-fry the komatsuna, return the beef to the fry pan, stir-fry all together, then season with (B).
