Boil the mustard spinach in salt-added (extra) water, then chop into 4 cm (1.6 in.) lengths and squeeze out excess moisture.

Lightly drain the tuna can and break up the tuna until finely shredded.

Place the whole grain mustard and soy sauce into a bowl, mix together, add in the mustard spinach and tuna and dress these ingredients.
