  1. Cut pork into bite size pieces. Quickly dip in hot water and then dry.
  2. Slice the onion in half, thinly slice the onion perpendicularly.
  3. Lightly cover (1) and (2) in starch.
  4. Place (A), (1) and (2) in a pot and begin to heat. Continuously stir until all ingredients become transparent.
  5. Pour all into a plate, lightly decorate with thin strips of yuzu skin before serving.
