Mix together (A) by hand and coat the peeled shrimps.

Break apart the broccoli, boil in slightly salted water, remove and dry.

Heat the cooking oil in a fry pan over high. Add in the ginger. Once an aroma rises, add and stir fry the shrimp. As the color of the shrimps begins to turn, add in and stir fry the broccoli along with (B).

Once (3) is boiling, mix together the starch with an equivalent amount of water and pour in. When the sauce has thickened, drip in the sesame sauce, cut the heat and arrange on a plate.

Ginger - mincing




Remove the skin of the ginger and thinly slice, gradually sliding and stacking the slices. Then mince the ginger into fine pieces, and slice again finely at right angles.
