Divide the beef in half. Spread out 1 piece of a half-portion vertically, then carefully flatten the meat out horizontally a little at a time.
- Divide the watercress into 4 equal sections. Place one section horizontally on the nearest edge of (1) with the leaf tips facing right. Stack another section on top with the leaf tips facing left.

Tightly roll the beef (2) up from the nearest edge. Repeat this process to prepare one more roll.

Coat both rolls with flour. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan and brown the rolls while rolling back and forth.

Wipe away any excess sesame oil. Mix together (A), pour in and allow to simmer while coating the rolls. Slice up into easy-to-eat portions before serving.
