  1. Diagonally slice the octopus into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. Tear up the perilla.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan and saute (1). Once the oil is spread throughout, sprinkle in the soy sauce and mirin, then quickly saute all together.
  4. Turn off the heat. Mix in the perilla and serve into bowls.
