Remove stems from the bell peppers. Remove the seeds and clean well.

Add the ground pork and beef to a bowl. Mix by hand until sticky. Add in (A), mix well, add in the onion and mix well.

Lightly sprinkle the flour in the peppers. Fill each pepper with (2) to the brim. Cut into 2 cm (3/4 in) thick pieces.

Heat cooking oil over medium heat and fry (3). Once both sides have begun to brown, lower the heat, cover and fry for an additional 3 minutes. Place on a plate, mix (B) and dress before serving.

Bell peppers - removing seeds
Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
