  1. Divide the red pepper into long pieces.
  2. Mix (A).
  3. Lightly boil the pepper. Remove, dry and soak in (A) for a short while before serving.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
