Directions

  1. Break apart the broccoli into small florets and arrange in a lidded microwave-safe container. Pour in about 70 ml (2.4 fl. oz.) of water and cover with the lid. Microwave (500 W) for 2 to 3 minutes, remove to a strainer to cool.
  2. Remove stems from the cherry tomatoes, puncture with a toothpick and place into a lidded microwave-safe container. Microwave (500 W) for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  3. Mix (A) in a bowl, add in (1) and (2), and lightly combine all together.
