Break apart the broccoli and place into a lidded microwave-safe container. Pour in 200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.) of water and place on the lid. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, remove and place in a strainer to cool.

Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, puncture a small hole with a toothpick or bamboo skewer and place into a lidded microwave-safe container. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside to cool.

Mix together (A) in a bowl. Add in (1) and (2) and lightly dress.
