Directions

  1. Mix together (A) to prepare the dressing.
  2. Peel the turnip. Cut into 8 equal-sized wedges.
  3. Peel the cucumber in a striped pattern, the chop into 4 equal-sized rounds.
  4. Remove stems from the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Skewer (2)-(4) onto toothpicks in a colorful order, place onto a plate and then dress with (1).
