Directions

Cut the cucumber in half, then thinly slice diagonally. Break apart the lettuce. Divide the tomato into 2 cm (3/4 in) cubes.
- 
Drain the oil from the tuna can and mix well with curry powder and mayonnaise.
- 
Boil the udon, rinse and dry. Mix Kikkoman Tsuyu (Noodle Soup Base) with 1 cup of water.
- 
Place udon in a bowl, place (1) and (2) on top and pour on Kikkoman Tsuyu (Noodle Soup Base).
