udon

2 packs (360 g / 12.7 oz.)

lettuce

1 leaf

tomato

canned tuna fish

1 small can

mayonnaise

2 Tbsp

curry powder

1 tsp

(B)

dashi / bonito broth

200 ml (6.8 fl. oz.)

Kikkoman Soy Sauce

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

mirin

1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber in half, then thinly slice diagonally. Cut the tomato into 2 cm (0.8 in.) cubes. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drain the tuna and combine well with the curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix together (B).
  3. Boil the udon according to package instructions, drain well.
  4. Serve the udon into bowls, arrange the vegetables (1) and the tuna (2) on top, then pour on (B).

Cut the cucumber vertically in half, and then thinly slice cut-side down at an angle from end to end.
