Directions

  1. Cut the daikon radish into 3-4 mm (1/4 in) wedges. Massage with salt. Once they have softened, rinse clean and dry.
  2. Mix (A). Add in (1) and lightly massage by hand. Enjoy as is or after chilling in the refrigerator.
