Fried Tofu and Bok Choy

Delicious fried tofu with refreshing bok choy.

  1. Carefully drain the tofu and break into 4-6 pieces by hand. Cut the root from the bok choy and tear the leaves to pieces. Slice into 1 cm (1/2 in) wide strips.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a fry pan and fry the tofu. Once it has browned, add in the bok choy along with (A). Cover and leave to simmer until the bok choy has softened.
