Directions

Slice the pork into 1 cm (1/2 in) thick pieces. Season with some salt and pepper and marinate in (A).

Poke a few holes into each cherry tomato.

Flatly place (1) in a heat safe dish. Evenly fill in the empty spaces between each piece of pork with black olives, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.

Mix (B) and pour all over (3). Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C / 356 F degrees.
