Directions

  1. Slice the pork into 1 cm (0.4 in.) thick slices, and season with the salt and pepper.
  2. Add the mixture of (A) to the onion to prepare the dressing.
  3. Heat a fry pan and add in the olive oil, arrange (1) inside, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, then flip over and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Serve (3) onto plates and spoon on (2).
