Directions
- 
Divide the Spanish mackerel into 3-4 equal size pieces and season in (A).
- 
Cut the daikon radish into small little pieces and boil. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm (2 in) lengths.
- 
Heat both (B) and the daikon radish in a pot. Once it begins to boil, lower to medium heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 
Pour in (C). Lightly cover (1) in starch and once the sauce begins to boil again add it in, cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- 
Add the mizuna to the corner of the pot and turn off the heat.
