Directions

  1. Cut the sawara fillets in half.
  2. Combine (A), add the yuzu and marinate (1) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drip excess marinade off the sawara and grill. Flip over and place one yuzu slice each on top of each half-fillet. Remove once well-browned and serve.
