Directions
- 
Roughly chop the cabbage into large chunks, season with salt and lightly combine throughout.
- 
Place the cabbage in a strainer and douse with hot water, then immediately with cold water. Set aside to cool.
- 
Prepare the spicy sweet and sour sauce by combining (A) in a bowl large enough to add in the cabbage, add in the moisture-removed cabbage and mix. Place all ingredients into a sealable container making sure the sauce and cabbage are combined together well.
- 
Refrigerate to chill and soak up flavor for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
