Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds and then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Finely dice onion, wrap in a paper towel and rinse briefly in water. Drain.

Dice aojiso and soak in water briefly. Drain and dry.

Combine ingredients from (A) in a bowl, combine with ingredients from (1) and (2), then set in the refrigerator to cool and rest.

Sprinkle with aojiso and serve.
