Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds and then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely dice onion, wrap in a paper towel and rinse briefly in water. Drain.
  3. Dice aojiso and soak in water briefly. Drain and dry.
  4. Combine ingredients from (A) in a bowl, combine with ingredients from (1) and (2), then set in the refrigerator to cool and rest.
  5. Sprinkle with aojiso and serve.
