Directions

  1. Drain the corn.
  2. Wash the rice and place in a rice cooker with the corn. Add the specified amount of water and cook.
  3. After the rice has cooked, mix with a spatula and divide into twelve portions. Shape into triangles with your hands and brush soy sauce onto both sides.
  4. Coat a fry pan with vegetable oil and fry the rice balls from (3), cook until golden brown on each side.
