Wash the orange well, then peel it while leaving the white part on the orange and julienne. Squeeze the orange and collect the juice.

Heat the cooking oil in a pot, then brown the chicken. Remove any excess oil, then add (A), (1) and 1-2 cups of water and cook. Remove any foam that forms when it boils.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. -
Serve (2) on plates, and garnish with Italian parsley if available.
