  1. Cut the pork loin into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix together the ingredients to make the sauce (A).
  3. Heat up the cooking oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the pork (1) until cooked through.
  4. Remove the frying pan from the heat, then add (2) and reheat while coating the pork with the sauce.
  5. Serve on dishes garnished with butterhead lettuce, if desired.
