  1. Cut the pork loin block in half.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, then brown (1) while repeatedly turning over. Once browned on all sides, add in 300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.) of water.
  3. Once boiling, remove any scum that forms, add in (A) and simmer for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut into easy-to-eat slices and serve on plates garnished with chervil if on hand.
