Directions
- Cut the pork loin block in half.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, then brown (1) while repeatedly turning over. Once browned on all sides, add in 300 ml (10.1 fl. oz.) of water.
- Once boiling, remove any scum that forms, add in (A) and simmer for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then cut into easy-to-eat slices and serve on plates garnished with chervil if on hand.
