- Cut the potato in half without peeling it. Place both halves into a lidded heat-safe container, cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes at 600 W.
- Pour the soy sauce on (1) and sprinkle with the cheese. Heat in an over toaster for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese has lightly browned, then serve on dishes sprinkled with parsley.
