Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces. Then grate the daikon radish and cut the lemon into wedges.

Tear the lettuce into easy-to-eat pieces. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and then thinly slice. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Massage the chicken with (A) to season. Coat the chicken with flour and then fry in oil.

Line the plates with (2) and place (3) on top. Cover with the grated daikon (1) and garnish with the lemon. Enjoy by sprinkling with soy sauce and squeezed lemon juice, if desired.
