Shred the lettuce into large pieces. Cut two tomato slices in half. Cut two pieces of chicken Karaage in half. Mix together the ingredients of the (B) pesto avocado.

2Place a tortilla onto a large cut sheet of parchment paper. Spread the ingredients of (A) onto the tortilla, and place a slice of cheese on top. Layer on the lettuce and the pesto avocado. Place one whole piece of chicken karaage in the center, and the karaage half-slices from Step 1 on each end. In the same way, place one whole slice of tomato in the center, and the tomato half-slices from Step 1 on each end. With the remaining ingredients, repeat the above process to make a second wrap.

In the parchment paper, wrap up each sandwich by rolling it, and close them by twisting the ends of the paper. When it’s time to eat, cut the sandwich wrap together with its wrapper. Then peel the wrapper, add some chipotle mayonnaise and enjoy!
