Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into large bite size pieces, soak (A), cover in potato starch.
  2. Fry (1) in cooking oil. They will stick together, so fry one piece at a time.
  3. When crunchy, shake off the oil. Lay out lettuce on a plate, and pile on fried chicken.
