Directions

  1. Cut the tofu into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes. Cut the mitsuba into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  2. Pour the dashi into a pot and adjust the flavor with less sodium soy sauce. 
  3. Add the tofu and mitsuba to (2). Once boiling, turn off the heat.
