190 g (6.7 oz.)

15 g (0.5 oz.)

1 g (0.04 oz.)

(A) Marinade

1/2 Tbsp

a dash

(B) Sauce

1 & 1/2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Marinate the steaks in (A) for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt 5 g (1 tsp) of the butter in a fry pan, saute the mixed vegetables, then season with the salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the remaining 10 g (2 tsp) of butter in the same fry pan, arrange the steaks inside, and pan-fry until both sides are browned. Add (B) and simmer over low heat until boiled down to half.
    * Feel free to remove the steaks once cooked to your preferred doneness, and continue boiling down the sauce until ready.
  4. Cut the steak into easy-to-eat slices, serve onto plates with a side of (2), spoon-on cooking juices and garnish with watercress.
