Marinate the steaks in (A) for 5 minutes.

Melt 5 g (1 tsp) of the butter in a fry pan, saute the mixed vegetables, then season with the salt and pepper.

Heat the remaining 10 g (2 tsp) of butter in the same fry pan, arrange the steaks inside, and pan-fry until both sides are browned. Add (B) and simmer over low heat until boiled down to half.
* Feel free to remove the steaks once cooked to your preferred doneness, and continue boiling down the sauce until ready. -
Cut the steak into easy-to-eat slices, serve onto plates with a side of (2), spoon-on cooking juices and garnish with watercress.
