Directions

  1. Split the broccoli head into florets. Divide the anchovy fillets into 2 or 3 parts.
  2. Fill a pot full of water, add the salt when it comes to a boil, and boil the spaghetti noodles for the number of minutes instructed on the package. Halfway through the boiling time, add in the broccoli from (1), pour together into a strainer and allow to drain.
  3. In a frypan heat the olive oil and the red chili peppers, add in the anchovy fillets from (1), once fragrant add in (2) and combine all ingredients together, seasoning with the soy sauce to finish.
