Stab the spare ribs all over with a fork, then place into a storage-use bag with (A) and massage the ribs gently from on top of the bag and set aside to season.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (356 °F) for 30 minutes.

Peel the cucumbers lengthwise to create a striped pattern and then chop up into long pieces. Also chop the carrot up into long pieces.

Serve the spare ribs onto a plate, garnish with the cucumbers and carrots on the side.
