Directions

  1. Quickly boil the bean sprouts in boiling water then place into cold water to cool and thoroughly squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Put (1) into a bowl, sprinkle on the soy sauce and mix to spread evenly.
  3. Gently squeeze out excess moisture, serve in a dish, add a splash of sesame oil and quickly combine all together.
